The former BOYD theater, a Bethlehem landmark, is being renovated into a 204-residential unit apartment building and 1st-floor commercial space with covered parking, secure entrances, and an outdoor theater for residents’ use.
The original BOYD lettering as well as other original features will be repurposed in the new building.
