Diana Ayvaz is a mother of two and devoted wife of Plamen ‘Rocco’ Ayvazov. She leads Risk Management at Monocacy Builders LLC. She is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and controlling unforeseen negative impacts on over $50MM in assets.

She has also grown to take part in an array of accounting duties including analyzing trends and evaluating construction bills before payment. Diana is a positive presence in the office as well as in the community.

Naimeh Imeid is the Construction Manager at Monocacy Builders LLC. With almost 10 years in the industry, Naimeh has the unique position of being involved with all aspects of the company. She assists in coordinating construction projects, property management, and accounting. She also coordinates the purchase and sale of various properties including multi-million dollar assets.

Lorraine Palka currently serves as Senior Real Estate Accountant for Monocacy Builders. She has over thirty years of experience in accounting. She was the owner and a CPA of her own firm for over 15 years. She holds a BS from Rutgers University, College of Business.

As a 15-year owner of her own firm, Lorraine’s accounting & amp; tax experience is extensive and she brings that comprehensive background to the Monocacy Family of Companies. Lorraine’s responsibilities include all accounting functions - from general ledger maintenance to property activity. Lorraine reviews and records all purchase, refinance, and sale real estate transactions in the various company general ledgers.

Frank McCullough currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Monocacy. Frank has over 30 years of professional experience in all facets of real estate. He personally has handled the entire real estate process from due diligence, acquisition, development, leasing, and property management to asset sales.

Frank holds a BA in Business with a Minor in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Investment Finance from Drexel University. He also possesses an active PA Real Estate License. Frank has over 15 years of volunteer experience - with the Haddon Township Athletic Association and Habitat For Humanity.

Carlos is the VP of Operations for Monocacy Builders LLC. He has over twelve years of real estate management experience. Carlos’ experience includes single and multi-family construction management experience as well as leading positive growth with sales and office teams.

Through real estate, Carlos has had a positive impact on over 1000 families in the Lehigh Valley area. As a licensed PA Real Estate Agent, Carlos has successfully represented clients on over 315 real estate transactions with over $65MM in total sales volume.
